OVERVIEW
Built an interactive, centralized Persona Library prototype in Figma as an agile internal solution to streamline user research sharing across departments. This tool enabled product managers, engineers, and UX designers to quickly access, update, and align on core user needs, pain points, and behavioral archetypes across different retail environments.
